We pay cash at closing by either official bank check or secure bank wire. We either perform the closing in house or through a Title Company or Attorney depending on the State where the transaction is performed.
Are their any fees associated with the sale of my property?
No. We pay 100% of the costs associated with the sale of your property. We pay the agreed upon purchase price plus all closing and transaction fees. We also will pay any and all back taxes within reason. The amount we paid will be confirmed with the seller and varies on a case by case basis.
How quickly can you close on my property?
We can close in a little as one week or up to 3 months depending on the complexity of the transaction.
What makes you different from a Real Estate agent?
